Frederick Ivor Roberts, Executive Director, Mineral Titles, extends exemptions originally declared on 1 June 2001 and published in the Government Gazette dated 22 June 2001 for the area described (not being private land or land that is the subject of a mining tenement or an application for a mining tenement) from Divisions 1 to 5 of Part IV of the Mining Act 1978, for a further period of two years, expiring on 31 May 2019.
