Creditors and other persons having claims (to which Section 63 of the Trustees Act 1962, relates) in respect of the estate of the deceased, who died on 20 January 2018, are required by the Executor, Peter John Thompson of PO Box 797, Mandurah WA 6210, to send particulars of their claims to him by the 24th day of September 2018, after which date the Executor may convey or distribute the assets, having regard only to the claims of which he then has notice.
