Creditors and other persons having claims (to which section 63 of the Trustees Act 1962 relates) in respect of the estate of the deceased, who died on 2 december 2020, are required by the joint executors, julie nelson, [contact details redacted] and diane truss, 42 aztec island retreat, halls head, western australia, 6210, to send particulars of claims to them within 30 days of publication of this notice, after which date the executors, may convey or distribute the assets, having regard only to the claims of which they then have notice.
