City of Karratha Cemeteries Local Law 2017 made under the powers conferred by the Cemeteries Act 1986 and the Local Government Act 1995. The Council of the City of Karratha resolved on 21 August 2017 to make the following local law. This local law comes into operation 14 days after the date of its publication in the Government Gazette. This Local Law applies to all gazetted cemeteries within the boundary of the City of Karratha as listed in Schedule 2.
