In the estate of Peter Hayward Rose who died on 28 october 2023 of 18 collie river road, burekup western australia, deceased. Creditors and other persons having claims (to which section 63 of the trustees act 1962 relates) in respect of the estate of the said deceased person are required by the executors of the deceased’s estate being margaret elizabeth rose, jacqueline ynema and gail patricia george, care of angus tibbits solicitors, suite 9, 73 calley drive, leeming western australia, to send particulars of their claims to them by 15 april 2024, after which date the executors may convey or distribute the assets having regard only to the claims of which they then have notice.
