In my capacity as minister for mines and petroleum and acting pursuant to section 25(2) of the dangerous goods safety act 2004 (wa) (the act), i designate the holder or holders from time to time of the position of director worksafe petroleum safety and dangerous goods (mp130107) within the department of energy, mines, industry regulation and safety as the chief dangerous goods officer. All previous designations made under section 25(2) of the act are revoked.
