In the estate of sharryne gayle musgrave, late of 22 windelya road, murdoch, western australia, who died on 23 march 2017. creditors and other persons having claims (to which section 63 of the trustees act 1962, relates) in respect of the estate of the said deceased person are required by the executors of the deceased’s estate being damien jay musgrave and peter angus tibbits, care of angus tibbits solicitors, suite 9, 73 calley drive, leeming, western australia, to send particulars of their claims to them by 20 march 2019, after which date the executors may convey or distribute the assets having regard only to the claims of which they then have notice.
