Creditors and other persons having claims (to which section 63 of the Trustees Act 1962 relates) in respect of the estate of Joseph Maxwell Petricevich, late of [contact details redacted] West, Darling Downs, Western Australia deceased, who died on 17 January, 2020, are required by the executors, Gregory Noel Petricevich and Gail Margaret Babich, c/- 2, [contact details redacted] 6210, to send particulars of their claims to the executors within one month from the date of publication of this notice, after which date the executors may convey or distribute the assets, having regard only to the claims of which they then have notice.
