These regulations are the debt collectors licensing amendment regulations 2019. Regulations 1 and 2 commence on the day of gazettal, the rest on the day after. These regulations amend the debt collectors licensing regulations 1964. Regulation 4 is amended regarding fees and penalties for late renewal applications.
