Creditors and other persons having claims to which section 63 of the Trustees Act 1962 as amended relates in respect of the estate of John Barry Platt late of Hocart Lodge Aged Care 3 Knowles Street, Harvey 6220, who died on 10 June 2022 are required by the personal representative to send particulars of their claims addressed to the executors of the estate of John Barry Platt (deceased) care of Young & Young Lawyers 5 Spencer Street Bunbury 6230 by the 11th day of September 2023 after which date the personal representative may convey or distribute the assets having regard only to the claims of which the personal representative then has notice.
