Creditors and other persons having claims (to which s 63 of the Trustees Act 1962 relates) in respect of the estate of the deceased, who died between 23 January 2024 and 25 January 2024, are required by the administrators, susanna walton and william walton both care of level 14, 251 adelaide terrace, perth, western australia to send particulars of their claims to them at the address herein within one month from the date of publication of this notice, after which date the administrators may convey or distribute the assets, having regard only to the claims of which they have notice.
