Creditors and other persons having claims (to which section 63 of the Trustees Act 1962, relates) in respect of the estate of Vivian Aubrey Clarke late of 3748 Rabbit Proof Fence Road, Dowerin Western Australia, who died on 9 November 2015, are required by the executors Ronald Aubrey Clarke and Christine Elizabeth Bock to send particulars of their claims addressed to the Executors of the Will of the late Vivian Aubrey Clarke care of Slater & Gordon, Lawyers, GPO Box 2557 Perth WA 6000 within one (1) month of the date of publication of this notice, after which date the executors may convey or distribute the assets having regard only to the claims of which the executors then has notice.
