Creditors and other persons having claims (to which section 63 of the trustees act 1962 (wa) relates) in respect of the estate of the deceased, who died on 8 december 2023, are required by the executors, gail ann stewart of unit 1/[contact details redacted] of western australia and paul stephen stewart of [contact details redacted] state of western australia to send particulars of their claims to them at unit 1/[contact details redacted] of western australia by the date being one month following the publication of this notice, after which date the executors may convey or distribute the assets, having regard only to claims of which they then have notice.
