The City of Swan resolved on 8 July 2026 to make the Activities in Thoroughfares and Public Places and Trading Local Law 2026. This Local Law regulates activities on local government property and trading within the district, applying to the whole of the City of Swan district, including rivers, water courses, tidal and non-tidal waters, and reserves, but excluding those under the Swan River Trust. It repeals parts of the City of Swan Consolidated Local Law 2005.
