Creditors and other persons having claims (to which section 63 of the Trustees Act 1962 relates) in respect of the estate of the deceased who died on 24 july 2018 at royal perth hospital, perth, aforesaid are required by the personal representative of care of michael hughes legal of unit 4a, [contact details redacted] 6009 (attention: michael hughes) to send particulars of their claims to him by 24 september 2019 after which date the personal representative may convey or distribute the assets having regard only to the claims of which he then has notice.
