In the matter of the estate of Mario Balelo de Sales, late of Unit 3/8 Fortini Court, Hamilton Hill, Western Australia, who died on 31 January 2019. Creditors and other persons having claims (to which Section 63 of the Trustees Act 1962, relates) in respect of the estate of the deceased are required to send details of their claim to the executor Manuel de Sales, po box 327, bull creek 6149, within 30 days of this notice, after which date the executor may convey or distribute the estate, having regard only to claims of which he then has notice.
