Creditors and other persons having claims (to which section 63 of the Trustees Act 1962, relates) in respect of the estate of the deceased, who died on 1 february 2018, are required to send details of their claim to the administrator, megan watters, 114 grovedale road, floreat wa 6014, by 21 january 2019, after which date the administrator may convey or distribute the assets, having regard only to the claims of which she then has notice.
