Creditors and other persons having claims in respect of the estate of the deceased, who died on 14 october, 2025, are required by the executor of the estate, peter john white, to send particulars of their claims to him care of wallis legal, po box 90, margaret river, western australia 6285, by friday the 6th of march 2026, after which date the executor may convey or distribute the assets, having regard only to the claims of which he then has notice.
