Creditors and other persons having claims in respect of the estate of the deceased, who died on 26 september 2018, are required by the trustee of the late helen maud pierce of care of philip wyatt lawyer, po box 1026, albany, western australia 6331 to send particulars of their claims to them within one (1) month from the date of publication of this notice, after which date the trustee may convey or distribute the assets, having regard only to the claims of which it then has notice.
