Approves the change of name of the Fluoride Free WA Party to Health Australia Party.

I hereby give notice in accordance with section 62k of the Electoral Act 1907 that on 13 may 2019 i amended the register of political parties by approving the change of the name of the “fluoride free wa party” to “health australia party”, as well as the change of the registered abbreviation of the party to “hap”.
