Creditors and other persons having claims (to which s 63 of the Trustees Act 1962 relates) in respect of the estate of the deceased, who died 16 January 2022 are required by the executor, Glenyse Mary Graham of Cottage 7, [contact details redacted] particulars of their claims to her at the address herein by 26 June 2023, after which date the executor may convey or distribute the assets, having regard only to the claims of which she has notice.
