Creditors and other persons having claims in respect of the estate of the deceased, who died on 6 august 2023, are required by the executors martyn scott cavanagh and angela faith edmands to send particulars of their claims to the executors within one (1) month from the date of publication of this notice, after which date the executors may convey or distribute the assets having regard only to the claims of which they then have notice.
