Robert Arnold of 14 Margate Place, Marangaroo, Western Australia, bailor, was given notice on 28 June 2016 that the following goods Holden Captiva vehicle 1DGA 037 situated at 21 Darlot Road, Landsdale, Western Australia was ready for re-delivery. The goods are prescribed goods to which Part II of the Act applies. It is intended to sell or dispose of the good in accordance with the Act unless not more than one (1) month from the date of giving of this notice you either take re-delivery of the goods or give directions for their redelivery; or give notice in writing to Freedom Superannuation Fund and K+C Darcy Superannuation fund 21 Darlot Road Landsdale WA 6065, (bailee) that you deny the goods are prescribed goods.
