Under the powers conferred on it by the Local Government Act 1995 and under all other enabling powers, the Council of the Shire of Serpentine-Jarrahdale resolved on 19 August 2019 to make this local law. This is the Shire of Serpentine-Jarrahdale Public Places and Local Government Property Local Law 2019. This local law comes into operation 14 days after the date of its publication in the Government Gazette. This local law applies throughout the district.
