Orders the cancellation of incorporation for associations that failed to show cause.

On 21 June 2021 the Commissioner for Consumer Protection served a notice informing the associations that if they did not show cause on or before 60 days after the notice was given, the incorporation would be cancelled. The associations did not show cause. On 2 September 2021 the Commissioner gave notice that the Commissioner proposed to make an order cancelling their incorporation after 28 days. The associations did not apply to SAT for a review. Therefore, the Commissioner orders that the incorporation be cancelled.
