Creditors and other persons having claims (to which s63 of the Trustees Act 1962 relates) in respect of the estate of the deceased, who died on 14/11/2004, are required to send particulars of their claims to the executor, Nathan Ryan Byrne, GPO Box 9994, Melbourne, VIC, 3001 within 30 days of this notice, after which date he may convey or distribute the assets, having regard only to the claims of which he then has notice.
