Persons having claims on the estate of the late Derick Robert Bell of 14 Napier Mews, Yangebup, Western Australia, 6164 deceased, who died on 14 May 2023, are required to send by Australian Post particulars of their claims to the executors, Kerry Bell and Linda Smith c/o 14 Napier Mews Yangebup, WA 6164 by 28 August 2023 after which date the executor may distribute the assets having regard only to the claims of which they then have notice.
