Acting pursuant to the powers conferred by section 66 of the Western Australian Marine Act 1982, I hereby cancel notice MA401 published on the 21 august 2015 close the waters to motorised vessels within the following area—all the waters of the canning river upstream of the kent street weir, this area contains oxygenation plant submerged infrastructure. With the exception of bonafide western australian government vessels, vessels approved by the department of transport and those vessels associated with works approved under the swan and canning rivers management act 2006 or swan and canning rivers management regulations 2007.
