Creditors and other persons having claims (to which section 63 of the Trustees Act 1962 relates) in respect of the estate of Katalin Kovac late of [contact details redacted] 12 November 2018 are required by the personal representative to send particulars of their claims addressed to the executors of the estate of Katalin Kovac deceased care of Young & Young [contact details redacted] Bunbury by the 19 day of February 2020 after which date the personal representative may convey or distribute the assets having regard only to the claims of which the personal representative then has notice.
