Merredin Energy Pty Ltd (ACN 124 273 025) notified the Economic Regulation Authority on 4 July 2023 of its intention to surrender its electricity generation licence EGL25. The licensee has complied with the conditions of the licence as to surrender. The surrender of the licence is effective from the date of publication of this notice.
