Kent Miller Logie late of 37 Ord Street, Nedlands WA 6009, died on 2 August 2025. Creditors and other persons having claims to which Section 63 of the Trustees Act 1962 (WA) relates are required by the executor, Swee Meng Logie, to send particulars of their claim to her representatives Robertson Hayles Lawyers of PO Box Z5403, Perth WA 6831 by no later than one (1) month from the date of publication hereof after which date the executor may convey or distribute the assets, having regard only to the claims of which she then has notice.
