It is hereby notified for public information, in accordance with section 87 of the Planning and development act 2005 that the minister for planning approved the abovementioned amendment to the shire of plantagenet local planning scheme no. 5 on 20 may 2024 for the purpose of— 1. modifying the permissibility of ‘child care premises’ in the residential zone from an ‘x’ use to an ‘a’ use within the zoning table.
