Made under the Heritage Act 2018 section 61(1) by the Minister for Heritage. This order is the Heritage (East Perth Power Station Protection Order) Revocation Order 2019 and comes into operation on the day on which it is published in the Gazette. The East Perth Power Station Protection Order is revoked.
