Creditors and other persons having claims (to which section 63 of the trustees act 1962 as amended relates) in respect of the estate of don michael fotakis late of bethanie fields, [contact details redacted] 21 march 2020 are required by the personal representative to send particulars of their claims addressed to the executors of the estate of don michael fotakis deceased care of young & young [contact details redacted] bunbury by the 8 february 2021 after which date the personal representative may convey or distribute the assets having regard only to the claims of which the personal representative then has notice.
