Made under the Police Amendment Act 2011 section 2(b) by the Governor in Executive Council. This proclamation is the Police Amendment Act 2011 Commencement Proclamation 2018. The Police Amendment Act 2011, other than sections 1 and 2, comes into operation on the day after the day on which this proclamation is published in the gazette.
