Creditors and other persons having claims in respect of the estate of William Arthur Skelton, deceased, who died on the 1st day of July 2018 at Bethanie Peel, 2 Maclaggan Turn, Mandurah are required by the executor Glenn William Arthur Skelton to send particulars of their claims to Peel Legal Barristers & Solicitors of [contact details redacted] of this notice, after which date the personal representative may convey or distribute the assets having regard only to the claims of which he has then had notice.
