Fiona Jane Knobel, Executive Director, Resource Tenure, extends the exemption originally declared on the 3 April 2017 and published in the Government Gazette dated 7 April 2017 for the area described hereunder from Divisions 1 to 5 of Part IV of the Mining Act 1978, for a period of two years expiring on 2 April 2023.
