Creditors and other persons having claims (to which section 63 of the Trustees Act 1962 relates) in respect of the estate of the deceased, who died on 10 January 2021, are required by the executor, kaye lynette bunney of [contact details redacted] their claims within one month of the publication date to her, after which date she may convey or distribute the assets, having regard only to the claims of which she then has notice.
