Creditors and other persons having claims (to which section 63 of the Trustees Act 1962 relates) in respect of the estate of the deceased, who died on the 31st day of October 2024, are required by the executors and trustees, being mr steven leigh pynt and mrs marjory findlay tresidder care of mp commercial lawyers unit 1, 8 pakenham street, fremantle wa 6160, to send particulars of their claims to him at unit 1, 8 pakenham street, fremantle wa 6160, by the date being one month following the publication of this notice, after which date the executors and trustees may convey or distribute the assets, having regard only to claims of which they then have notice.
