Michael McMullan, Director, Aquatic Resource Management, as delegate of the CEO of the Department of Fisheries, Western Australia, has made the decision to grant an application submitted by BR & LM Brown for a pearl oyster farm lease in respect of an area of water located at Station Hill. A person aggrieved by this decision may apply to the State Administrative Tribunal (SAT) for a review of the decision within 28 days of publication of this Notice.
