Under the powers conferred on it by the Local Government Act 1995 and under all other enabling powers, the Council of the City of Rockingham resolved on 26 February 2019 to make this local law. This is the City of Rockingham Public Places and Local Government Property Local Law 2018. This local law comes into operation 14 days after the date of its publication in the Government Gazette.
