We, Keith Pitt, the responsible Commonwealth Minister, and William Joseph Johnston, the responsible State Minister, as the Commonwealth-Western Australia Offshore Petroleum Joint Authority revoke all existing instruments of delegation and delegate all the functions and powers of the Joint Authority under the Act and the regulations to the General Manager, Offshore Resources Branch and the Executive Director Resource Tenure.
