Acting pursuant to the powers conferred by regulation 10a (b) of the navigable waters regulations 1958, i hereby cancel notice ma401 as published in the government gazette on 1 may 2015 and hereby close the following area of water to swimming— location: those waters of beadon creek and its entrance north of 21°39.170′s, east of 115°7.830′e and south of a line through the lateral markers adjacent the end of the breakwater at approximately 21°38.308′s, 115°7.989′e and 21°38.326′s, 115°8.034′e. all coordinates based on gda94.
