Funding will be paid under and in accordance with this order and the guidelines to or for eligible schools which apply for funding in accordance with clause 7. Funding will be calculated for an eligible school on the basis of its eligible students and provided on and subject to the conditions, limitations and restrictions set out in this order and in the guidelines.
