Under the powers conferred by the Local Government Act 1995, the Council of the City of Wanneroo resolved on the 10 May 2022 to make the following local law: This local law may be cited as the City of Wanneroo Animals Amendment Local Law 2022. This local law comes into operation 14 days after its publication in the Government Gazette. This local law amends the City of Wanneroo Animals Local Law 2021, published in the Government Gazette on 27 October 2021.
