Prohibits the sale of non-compliant OFGSH and open-flued type 2 appliances in Western Australia.

Pursuant to section 13H of the Act, the DES prohibits the sale in Western Australia of any new or second-hand OFGSH Appliance and Open-flued Type 2 Appliance which do not meet specified requirements. The prohibition is effective from 10 October 2022 and remains in effect until withdrawn.
