Creditors and other persons having claims in respect of the estate of the late Marie Janet Drabble, who died on 13 August 2023, are required by Anne Marie Franklin, the trustee and executor of the estate to send particulars of their claims to her, care of Equitas Lawyers, po box 8366, perth bc wa 6849 within one (1) month of the date of publication of this notice, after which date she may convey or distribute the assets of the estate, having regard only to the claims of which she then has notice.
