Creditors and other persons having claims (to which section 63 of the Trustees Act 1962 relates) in respect of the estate of the deceased who died on 2 february 2024, are required by the administrator, pierre james taddei of [contact details redacted] 6148 to send particulars of their claim to him by 12 july 2024 after which date the administrator may convey or distribute the assets having regard only to the claims of which he then has notice.
