Under section 95(1)(c)(ii) of the Workers’ Compensation and Injury Management Act 1981, Mr Owen Douglas Whittle is reappointed as a nominee member of the WorkCover WA Board for a period commencing on 30 December 2023 and expiring on 29 December 2026.
