Creditors and other persons having claims (to which section 63 of the Trustees Act 1962 relates) in respect of the estate of the deceased, who died on 10 september 2020, are required by the executor of the deceased’s estate to send particulars of their claims c/- kevin dunlop, [contact details redacted] (30 days) after the date of publication of this notice, after which date the executor may convey or distribute the assets, having regard only to the claims of which the executors then have notice.
